This 4-week program includes three foundational kettlebell classes per week, building progressively on the last while introducing essential movement patterns, breathing mechanics, and kettlebell handling. Instructional videos complement every class, allowing members to practice technique at their own pace and feel confident to join Bace’s full 6-day kettlebell schedule.
