MAT PILATES
Build strength, control, and mobility with a six-day mat pilates program. Train with intention, balancing effort and recovery to progress safely and confidently.
Program overview
Our six-day training cycle includes Signature Pilates (foundational), Power Pilates (athletic), and Restore (recovery) throughout the course of the week. This structure balances strength, endurance, and recovery without overwhelming your body. Every class includes a warm-up and cool-down, ensuring your practice is safe, structured, and sustainable.

Signature
3-4 SESSIONS
Signature Pilates builds the foundations: slower, controlled, and intentional movements combining classical and modern principles. Classes help members develop deep, total-body strength, mobility, control, alignment, and mind-body harmony. Each session is accessible for all levels, with or without optional Pilates props.

Power
1-2 SESSIONS
Power Pilates blends classical Pilates with athletic-inspired movement, raising heart rate and energising the body. These sessions focus on functional strength, endurance, and flow while staying rooted in Pilates fundamentals. Classes leave members feeling strong, energised, and accomplished.

Restore
1 SESSION
Restore balances the week with gentle, intentional sessions. Yoga-inspired movements, mobility work, and breath-focused exercises help reduce tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore flexibility. Each week's session may vary slightly to provide what your body needs to recharge and recover.

WE INVITE YOU TO
We believe movement is a ritual. One that predates gym floors, wearables, and performance metrics. Our bodies have always known how to move: to crawl, reach, squat, carry, climb, breathe. Return to human, return to Bace.
