This 4-week program includes three mat pilates sessions per week, each following a clear, step-by-step progression. Every week builds on the last, helping members understand movement principles, develop technique, and gain confidence in their practice. By the end of the program, participants are ready to transition into Bace's full 6-day Pilates schedule.
